They use the STAR interview process, it is quite lengthy and extremely detailed. I would recommend looking up examples online prior to interview. The entire interview process was very long, took about 2 months from start to finish.

For each question you had to answer in the STAR format, which is situation, task, action, result. The best advice I can give is try to tell a good story, that's the only way I got through it.

It takes about a month to hear back. You fill out the application and then you have to take an assessment. After that you’ll get a email to do a video interview. The. You will get a phone interview. If you are selected you then have to do a background check and work history check.

Entrevista
Very straight forwards. Asked a lot about past sales experience and ability to deescalate situations. They seemed to be very friendly and people oriented. I loved how straight forwards the whole process was and would recommend them to anybody.
Applied online, received email to do online test, then email to do virtual interview. Still waiting to hear back. It has only been a few days so hopefully something next week.
