Virtual automated interview then a live virtual interview which is very conversational with STAR questions as well. The live virtual interview took a little over an hour and there were some pretty standard questions with some curveballs that required critical thinking to show you can think creatively and on your feet.

Standard interview stuff, get on Hi review, listen to a recording ask you questions and you answer in start format. I did that and passed and had to do one final interview with an actual person. It went great, he told me I did well. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting so I decide to reach out via email. They offer me employment but then say that they have their classes filled up already... Red flag already because they were chasing me down for this position. "We will have classes in June/July". I called them last week and now I'm getting told "we don't have any upcoming classes but feel free to seek out other openings".
Unprofessional as hell, you don't just waste someone's time like that and then ask them to look for a position they didn't apply for. Honestly glad I didn't start, I see what kind of company they are just from that interaction.

An assessment of English vocabulary with that most individuals would not know or use alternating with math questions. A video recorded interview in response to video questions. You have two tries to record the response. Then supposedly someone from the company watches it. Not everyone is suited to be recorded. It’s not engaging. It’s unnatural, and it leaves a lot of room for discrimination. Frankly it’s also insulting that you send hours on their process and never talk to a human. I have medical claims and medical experience and have applied to this company multiple times. You can only apply once every six months. I think it’s a waste of time. They are clearly looking for a certain ‘kind’ of person.
