I applied online, couple of weeks later a rep from HR. called me to schedule an interview with a hiring recruiter in LOS Angeles. The inteviewer was very rude and quick to the point, she asked star questions like " why Progressive" and other work experience related questions. I guess she did not like me , she just said thank you and hung up.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
