I submitted my application for the position on the 3rd day of August, 2018. After the submission, I was informed that if I qualified for the position that I would receive an email prompting me to take an assessment if I was still interested in the position. I received an email to take the assessment on the 7th of August, 2018 that informed me that I would receive another email after the completion of the assessment to tell me my results. I completed the assessment on the same day I received the email the next following morning informing me that I had qualifying results and that I should expect and email or phone call within the coming weeks to let me know if the would be moving me forward through the hiring process. On the 22nd of August, 2018 I received an email informing me that I am moving forward with the hiring process and that the next step would consist of a phone interview with a recruiter on a select day. I had my phone interview on the 28th day of August, 2018 which lasted about thirty (30) minutes. The recruiter was very informative and provided me with a great understanding of the position and did not hesitate on any of the questions that I asked her myself. Once I completed the phone interview the recruiter informed me that if I am selected to move forward with the process I would receive and email soon.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
