Applied online. Took test and passed. Passed phone interview. 1-1 interview. After this received a call from recruiter saying that although the manager was impressed with my preparation, good examples, personality etc. she felt that my phone interview wasnt the best. Why set up a 1 on1 interview before reviewing phone interview is beyond me. But overall it was a good learning experience and they were very professional and gave feedback.

Most questions are concentrated on customer service. Look online for dozens of examples of behavioral questions. Be prepared with especific examples that will fit a variety of questions. Prepare yourself or don't even bother.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
