I applied for the Claims Adjuster trainee position and found that the it was fairly quick that I got my assessment test email. I know the day after that I has passed it. I had a phone interview within the week at the end of which I was told that I would hear back the following Monday or Tuesday.
However, I got no response what so ever. There was nothing to tell me that my interview had one reaction or the other. Here I am two weeks later and they can't even be bothered to send an automated email advising that I did not go on to the next phase.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
