The interview process was pretty easy. I first had a phone interview where they reviewed my background first then asked their S.T.A.R formatted questions. I was told that I would get a response to let me know if I've moved on to the next step within 2 business days but received and email 3 hours later.
My background check took almost 2 weeks to complete and I finally received a face to face interview after a month.
I'm still waiting to see the outcome. I never expected this process to take so long

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
