Applied and got an email for the online tests which didn't seem too tricky. A week after passing the assessments I had my phone interview which went well, lots of positive feedback from the recruiter. My face to face was three days after the phone interview and it was the same STAR format. I was told they would be making a decision tomorrow, my fingers are crossed that I did well enough!

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.
