There was an assessment first that takes about an hour with math and behavioral questions. Assessment isn't hard but you have to pass it in order to get a phone interview. Then a recruiter does a phone interview that's about 30 min to an hour. They ask about your work experience first and then ask behavioral questions related to your past work experiences. Be prepared to answer behavioral questions and how have reacted to certain things on the job in the past. I felt that I did great with the interview, and I answered all the questions. Not exactly sure what they were looking for as far as experience but for them to call me for an interview they know that I could do the job. So who knows?!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
