Really annoying. Went over my job history, fine. But then here comes the annoying unproductive questions. STAR required format. Their questions simply required me to lie and make up some situations that never occurred in the past. It is just weird and forces you to be dishonest. I don't understand why a company believes all of their scenarios would apply to everyone. EX: Name a time you had to break a rule, why? what was the outcome? Uhh I don't know, I cheated on a quiz in middle school?. I don't recall deliberately breaking a rule so what in the world.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
