Began by applying sometime in the beginning of March 2016, received an email to complete the online assessment in late April, received an email that I passed the assessment a day later and would be receiving an email to conduct a phone interview. Received that email a week later, scheduled the phone interview. The day of the phone interview I refreshed my memory of my past experiences, as well their interview methods (STAR format). My interviewer called 7 minutes did not apologize. She sounded disgruntled and unhappy and began speeding through the interview. When I asked for a moment to thoroughly understand her first question as to answer it completely, she told me I had 10 seconds because she had other calls to make and was on a time limit. it was by the far most unprofessional interview I've ever had. I was told about the position and then told after my 2 week training at the location I was applying for, I would need to be ok with flying to Ohio for further training between 2 weeks and 2 months of training. Out of state. Fully paid for of course. I'm sure that is what disqualified me as a candidate as that bit of information was no where in the job description I originally applied for. I paused after she made it clear the training was mandatory, and then answered that I would be ok with that although no mention was made when I originally applied for the position. We went over my job history and the gap in my unemployment history (I seperated from my last position last summer and have since taken a "sabbatical" from working the last 10 years of my life.) she didn't seem happy when I told her my sabbatical consisted of traveling. She asked me if I was actively applying to their insurance companies and which ones, and she asked me what I was getting paid in my last position. She asked 3 star format questions all of which I answered however she cut me off each time I was answering to proceed to the next question. I didn't not enjoy the interviewing method she chose. Her attitude was unjust. Not a pleasant experience. I received an email 2 days after saying I was not chosen for the position due to other more qualified candidates. I handled the entire claims department at my old job by myself. I think that makes me a bit qualified but ok progressive.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
