I applied online and did not receive an email saying that I was selected for the online testing until about a week later. The test had some math problems combined with some personality (sometimes, rarely, never, etc.) questions. It then took about three days before they emailed me saying that I was chosen to move onto a phone interview and I loved having the site to go on a pick a time instead of having to email back and forth about a time that could work. I read everything on here but was still very nervous. The interview went super well when she was asking about my background, etc. Once the behavioral questions were asked was when I froze up as I am just out of college and have never had real job experiences. I tried to relate to school but I do not think my answers were good as she kept asking me more questions on elaborating. I had the phone interview today and hopefully I will hear back with good news!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
