Interview started with a online IQ test followed by a 30 minute phone screen asking situational questions. Following the phone screen, I was given 2 days to complete an assignment and then received feedback from the team on what I need to work on in order to be considered for the role in the future. I thought the assignment was interesting and well thought out, appreciate the feedback and also enjoyed the overall experience. I hope that I can improve my skills and be considered in the future for a position.

HR screening followed by a lengthy technical assignment with good situational questions. The only part I did not like about the interview is that after spending almost 15 hours of my time on the assignments, I had to wait and enquire for feedback to which they replied not selected due to implementation elements and best practices missing as feedback. I would have appreciated a 15-minute discussion with the technical team to understand the mistakes so that it could help me with my technical skills as well. I think 15-minutes of interviewer time is worth donating on a candidate who spent 15 hours of his time for the assignment.
