The interview process was casual and non-intimidating. I felt comfortable answering questions in and honest manner and enjoyed my conversations with both the store manager and the district manager. It was easy to answer questions and ask the questions I wanted to ask.

The online application, included a personality assesment, and general information gathered via an application. You have an inperson interview set up with your possible manager. Lastly, you have a phone interview which then settles your employment.
