Went through 2-3 interview rounds with Prescience without any clarity on the client or project. I was told they're rolling out an offer and was asked to submit all documents, but was later ghosted by HR and eventually informed there was “no project requirement” This was disappointing. The process lacked transparency and respect for the candidate’s time. Expectations around requirements and budget should have been clear from the beginning.
