After applying online I received a call from the shop manager asking to arrange an interview. When I went in for the interview I was shown around the shop and asked to fill in some forms and questionnaires. I was also asked to complete a couple of pages of easy maths questions. The employer proceeded to explain what I would be expected to do for the job, what the pay was and what the shifts would be like. I was also introduced to a couple of employees and asked if I had any questions. The interview took about half an hour.

No interview procedure in place just went in spoke to the area manager for 10 mins and was offered the job a few days later. Stay clear if I was you
