Contacted by hr manager, invited for on site interview. Nothing unexpectable, specific questions about technologies, c++ language, network questions, OOP. hr manager was very friendly and told about company, its products, goals and projects. Finally got an offer, but it was below my expectation (about 30% of first my expectable salary), and i decided to decline offer.

Entrevista
I had four onsite interview.
The first one was a quick 15 minutes general interview with an HR specialist. Immediately after that I went to a general interview with the project leader, who briefed me about the project, their goals and what my role in the project would be. This was followed by a technical interview with a team leader with two or three programming questions. One of them required me writing a code sample in an online collaborative code editor --- was a tricky problem that could either be coded in 20 lines of code if writing from scratch, or in a single line if you know more advanced parts of standard library well enough. This was the end of the day one. All of it took about 2 hours.
The final interview was held three of four days later, again on site, and was a general interview with the head of the branch who, as I could guess, simply estimated whether I would fit the office culture. At the end of the interview I was given an offer with the salary figures I was more than satisfied with.
