Personable at first when meeting with the recruiter & CEO. However, the group interview was impersonal, and I felt I was misled as to what they were looking for in previous conversations. For a startup focused on quality communication training for the masses, they fell short in basic respect in conversation (focusing on their illustrious silicone valley careers and having a distant affect. Wasn't sure if they were paying attention to what I was saying or something off-screen). Even if I did mess up, or seemed a poor fit, (which is obviously completely fine) as a company focused on communication it felt icky the way they responded. Felt they didn't truly understand what they meant when asking for an ORGANIC growth marketer. Fast-paced speed is what they are looking for not authentic (sometimes slow) social brand building. If you know how to play numbers for the sake of speedy customer acquisition (and not necessarily loyal following) this position is for you.
