Interview was a series of empty questions meant to extract answers to see if you match their values. It felt cold and distant to someone who was looking for a place to felt engaged with. It was a hard out after 15 minutes, then another interview for 15 minutes, then another at 30 minutes, leaving zero time for me to ask questions. Those were all on zoom. Then I was asked to come into the office...TO HAVE ANOTHER ZOOM INTERVIEW. I couldn't do that from home? Where I had conducted the other zoom interviews??? The final nail (and why I have to say I didn't get an offer) it was a bait and switch because instead of a job that I was applying for, I was asked if I wanted to do freelance. No, if I wanted to do freelance, why would I be applying for a job? Just say no and move on. Due to the disconnected communication with even that process I was not feeling comfortable with this job. Then they had the gall to add my email to their mailing list. Unsubscribe.
