It was a telephonic round. 1st round was by HR and HR evaluates you on technical front. HR asks you technical questions; in fact for senior profile as well. I don't know how and the criteria to evaluate by an HR for a technical candidate. After HR round, one telephonic technical round. Questions were general technical stuff. Then calling in NOIDA office and 3 round F2F. Every round cleared. HR round is also cleared. HR also found good. Now, candidate sent back. After few days call comes for one more round on SKYPE. Question was on RESTful web-services. COmpletely theoritical as, you are going for B.Sc. paper. You have answered well with explanation but, rejected. ANd it is a very general trend in PB. It is not only with me, I have heard the same thing that I could not clear last round but was very good in all 5-7 rounds. Surprisingly, they are searching Architect, solution architect, senior architect last 2-3 years. I dont know whether they have got or not but, interview is going till now. They are just keep on interviewing candidate. Looks like, they don't have real requirement but, just interviewing so that, in the market presence and name of PB should be there.
