Their post on job portal site was very cheap only mentioned was "Java developer | hands on experience on Android. exp 0 to 1 | 10to4pm | F2F" No round mentioned no one knows it is technical or HR or which round. I walked in Office given my resume, and he asked have u done certification in Java. I said no I'm just fresher I recently completed my 3year BSc CS. (He didn't asked tell me about yourself ) He was not satisfied. He's face saying like he wanted experienced candidates but he hardly tried to ask questions like what is abstract class, tell me what you know( I telled whole syllabus and oops concepts in detail to make an impression and done (10minutes of interview) . Question based on practicle experience.(What can you do practically with this knowledge) No HR questions. Before going to attend interview I tried to understand this company ... They said they are established in 2007 and providing complete IT solutions, software development and IT services. Some facts of their web site Pinnacletechnologies.net Missing Career page. Missing What service they provide. Missing which product they work on. Which skill they are master mentioned. If you search on Google you will get lots of company with same name what a coincidence. Who will like to name his company which is already taken. No team or company size. No correct location ( they mentioned head quarted in Mumbai . where in Mumbai? ) They don't have LinkedIn profile on company section but they present in group section with size 1 member. they provide IT and non IT HR services as mentioned in LinkedIn but in website they say they provide software development to corporation. I think it's not company if it is they don't have clear goal. In Glassdoor company doesn't exist and thus no reviews except this first one. What only I like about the 1 person in that group have good experience in good companies it must be he the interviewer.
