There was a technical interview over skype after which they sent me a coding challenge by email and I completed it before the next interview. The guy who interviewed me on skype next (second round) did not seem to be in the US and looked drunk and behaved like he was intoxicated. I was wondering how he got away with the arrogant and rude behavior. What also upset me was the coding challenge they gave me took me an entire day to complete and he refused to even see it. The only person who was professional throughout was the recruiter, About the coding challenge - It was a totally useless test for the job I had applied for, which I still completed with patience. The next day I received an email from another person asking me to add more features to the app (coding challenge) - and he oddly wanted me to remove my name from all files. When they sent me an invite for the next interview round, I just declined to proceed with the process further. I felt they were immature, unprofessional and did not have a clue on how to select talent.
