I was told for the interview that I needed to give a presentation to the management hiring team followed by one on one interviews with each manager. For the presentation, there wasn't really any guidance, just loose expectations so it was up to you to choose how you wanted to see yourself but basically I had to give a very high level technical presentation on top of selling myself. The hardest part of the interview was that I was expected to know their products well enough to sell it back to them and pitch it to them. I had to spend a lot of time researching and learning their products and overnight sounding like I was an expert in it. After the interview my references were rigorously interviewed as well.
