Interview went 2 rounds for a position in Germany: First (HR/Online) round was very friendly. She was prepared and professional in her work and approach. Second round (Technical/Online) was said to be technical, but more questions were personality based. The interviewers appeared young and somewhat unprofessional. The atmosphere during the interview felt harsh and unwelcoming. Because these individuals lead the team, this dynamic gave the impression that a challenging or rough environment might exist within the team itself.
