I had a positive overall impression of the coming going into the interview process. However, as soon as I hit their antiquated online application, my opinion started to drop at a steady rate. I was asked to enter seven years' worth of employment information, which is a lot of data for a former contractor. I hate this whole idea, anyway, since my CV has every single piece of information could ever hope for, including a portfolio, references, skill endorsements and more. Stupid 20th Century data entry is a pain in the butt. But that's not all. The web form had to be filled out in a single browser session and could not be saved to resume at a later time. On the fourth reentry attempt, I managed to get the information entered. After meeting with the team management, they indicated that they wanted me and informed the HR department. A couple of weeks went by and the HR rep and I played phone tag twice. I then emailed twice and called five times to find out the status of the application. After a month went by without any communication, I sent an email withdrawing my application. I will never, ever in a million years work for a company that treats people like this. I'm still flabbergasted.
