Typical recruitment process. Starts with recruiter calling you first, then a technical round and finally a HR round. But beware they just ghost you without any email or explanation about what went wrong after telling you that they want you to start ASAP.

Pregunta 1
Recruiter called and wanted to give interview ASAP. I was really looking for change so I gave earliest date. Technical round was schedule with a Director and 2 Architects. The interview went really great and they all liked me. They were really nice and wanted me to join ASAP. The recruiter reached out to me for the final round and I gave him fe dates. Even though I followed multiple times, the recruiter just ghosted me without any reason or feedback. Such a waste of time. They wanted me to join in 2 weeks and now here I am writing this post where I am still not sure what went wrong and why they could joy schedule last round or informed me that position is closed or whatever.
