The interviewer (founder) will boast about the organization and will tell you that they are a startup, but it's all a bluff.
The same person will conduct 4 rounds of interviews, just to make you feel like they are a multinational organization.
Finally, The interviewer will lure you in with an “X” amount as CTC and but you will get an “Y” amount as an in-hand salary. As on the contract, a good part would be kept as a Performance Incentive. (which is not guaranteed and in reality not given)
