The interview process was great. Caroline was super helpful every step of the way during the recruiting process. The phone screen was prompt and efficiently handled for determining a fit for certain positions, leading to the interview process. There was email information provided beforehand for how to prepare for the interview with the STAR format. I found this extremely helpful knowing what to expect going into the interview. All the way up to onboarding, Caroline made sure all my questions were answered, or made sure someone else responded.

The overall process was outstanding. The recruiters (Caroline/Catalina) were thorough and easy to work with. The way they handled my onboarding was superb. Both individuals were transparent and painted a perfect picture of the type of culture that exist at Paycom. Its evident that PC values their employees to where they go far and beyond expectations.
