The overall process was outstanding. The recruiters (Caroline/Catalina) were thorough and easy to work with. The way they handled my onboarding was superb. Both individuals were transparent and painted a perfect picture of the type of culture that exist at Paycom. Its evident that PC values their employees to where they go far and beyond expectations.

The interview process was quite streamlined and to the point. There was a two step process of the interview with a phone call and then an in person interview. Both steps were enjoyable experiences. Paycom also doesn’t let you wait long before hearing back which was amazing. Overall it was a very pleasant interviewing experience and Paycom really respects your time and let’s you show off your skills.
