I applied in mid-September and I went to a few events hosted by ACM and Paycom. I first got a short 35-minute Hackerank test consisting of questions over basic data structure concepts, web development, and a few basic algorithm questions. Next, I received a request for a 1st round 30 minute technical/behavioral interview. Went really well, was mostly a resume walkthrough and vibing with the interviewer. Thirdly, after making it to the 3rd and final round it was very similar to the 2nd round. Went extremely well. Received confirmation around that I passed a few days after. After 2 and a half weeks I received a verbal offer in early November. Received an offer around 2 months after applying in mid September
