Multiple rounds first is just multiple choice questions over a certain language and the last is 2 hard coding questions not like leet code. There was a phone call after the leet code and then they give you your results. Around 4 total interviews.

Our interview process is intentionally structured with multiple steps to evaluate skills while giving candidates clarity on expectations. We appreciate you sharing insight into your experience and for your interest in Paycom.
I applied online in September of 2024. Interview process was about 4 rounds
1. Online technical quiz (easy)
2. Technical interview (slightly hard)
3. Recruiter phone call (very easy)
4. General interview (easy)
After final interview, I was told I’d hear back in two days. I finally received an offer about two months later
