Ghosted me 3 times. Recruiting called me, screened me. And arranged a scheduled interview. This call was skipped by their team without notice. After 10 mins I reached out to recruiting to reschedule. They proceeded to suggest a new time, and did the same thing. This time however they proactively reached out to me 5 mins into our scheduled time to reschedule a second time. No worries! Times are crazy, so I proceeded to clear addition time on my calendar for a third attempt. No show, No email. I reached back out to the recruiting team, as I found that I would probably not be a culture fit at an organization who's leadership sets this example from the jump. This entire process unfolded over approximately 4 weeks, and could only be described as disrespectful.
