had a phone interview, aptitude exam, video interview and then was hired a couple weeks later once the aptitude exam was graded. the aptitude exam went over various math topics some of which weren’t in my list of topics

Straightforward for the most part. Biggest downside was the wait-time to receive an answer back after doing the interview. Nothing too crazy; behavioral questions, aptitude tests and mock "tutoring". The topics can vary depending on what you have selected when applying.

Q: How would you help a student that has a math question?
The interview process with Paper was incredibly smooth. They reached out over email and set up a time for a phone interview. The interview was roughly 30 minutes with the interviewer outlining the process of how Paper works and what would be expected of me as a math tutor.

How would you explain 5 + 5 to a child going into kindergarten?
A math exam containing multiple choice questions at the pre university level followed by a phone interview asking basic interview questions and some special experiences that you had. I think it was fine overal.
