One phone screen, 2 interviews after that. All simple, seemed like they asked the same questions over and over. It did take a bit of time due to the commissary season.

The interview process was very friendly and welcoming. I first interviewed with a talent acquisition specialist and then, after getting a second interview, met with a hiring manager. The turnaround time was relatively fast, and I was able to directly schedule through their calendars. The only part of the process that I didn't appreciate was that I asked for feedback after I learned that I wasn't offered a position and received none. Maybe most companies do that, but it was disappointing because I want to improve my interviewing skills.
