The interviewer was engaging well and made the interview process feel seamless.
There were no tough questions and every answer felt like it was meaningful.

There were some good interactions with Ozow employees but overall the experience was unprofessional, interviewer forgot about the interview and I had to contact them, after being told they would like to bring me on board, they took 10 days to send an offer, and the worst part is when I declined the offer due to their non-competitive salary and thanked them for their time, they just didn't respond to me.
