OwnThePlay was interested in seeing if I was a right fit for them and they were a right fit for me. Rather than fill the job with the first guy who has the experience, their questions were tailored towards finding someone who is passionate about the project. I was introduced to the team and got to know them. Then the position was discussed and how specifically my experience and background made me a good fit.
