I was approached by a recruiter and then emailed and phone interviewed after a very long talk the day of recruitment...it was easy peasy but wish I had looked on here first before hire as to some of the other experiences definitely would have helped me communicate my need for more pay ad I was blind to ask many small issues and love the job but didn't know the full truths of many reviews
