The interview process was horrible, they came for a branding session and jumped right into recruitment. We had no prior information. They started with a case round, and later there was a personal interview round.
They test analytical skills. The process is good and fun. Even presentation skills of candidate are tested. Overall interview experience is good. The candidate will be tested accordingly to decide whether he is suited for the applied role or not. The interview panel puts in good effort to judge the candidate.
