Entrevista
3-4 Rounds by various individuals at lead and manager level.
They ask a mix bag of questions
Basic logic questions like palindrome, string reversal etc
Testing related questions like V&V, defect severity
A few java questions like method overriding, polymorphic
Also puzzles. the milk can puzzle, bird jumping trees puzzle
You current work related questions.
Sometimes you don't hear back from them after these rounds. For like 2 -6 months. This means someone else selected and your resume is free zed for now. the next time there is opening they would call you back again and continue the next round of interview

The whole process is smoth and good. HR helped to arranged meeting conferences as the first two rounds interview with the hiring manager and other senoir engineers, and than meet in person as the final round. Good commitcation and experience for the inerview.
