Applied through a college recruiter on campus. Had a phone screen with recruiter and then two phone interviews with the hiring manager. Relatively simple interview process. They ask behavioral questions as well as give you a run down on the company and product line you would be supporting.
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.
