Interviewed over Skype. Very weak interviewer. It seemed like she had no idea how to interview a candidate. She struggled to come up with questions.
At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back next week. After two weeks I contacted them and was told I was moving forward in the process. A month later nothing so I reached out again and was told I was still in the process. Then nothing the job still shows open I reached out again and no response. That's when I realized I would hate working for that kind of organization. I went in the web site where I still showed as in consideration after 3 months. I withdrew from all positions I had applied for.
