The interview process for me was extremely long, but this was many years ago. I spoke with over 10 different people, basically the entire team. Most of the interview process, in my opinion, was to see if you got along with the rest of the team.

Lots of calls with other Solutions Adviosirs in the region as well as your direct manager and other peer managers in the org. If you are linked to an account rep you may also need to speek to their leadership team as well.
