Inappropriate attitide to rejected candidates. My last interview (presentation) didn't run well (totally by my fault), and I proposed to run additional session, admitting I made certain mistakes. They could have said "no, thanks" and that'd be fine, however there was no answer for 1.5 (!) months and then I got an email "your candidacy was rejected, we can provide you with feedback if needed". One of the ways to evaluate the company is by the way they treat *rejected* candidates, specifically at a stage, when a candidate has invested decent time and efforts in a lengthy process of preparing a presentation - and OpenMind Networks has comfirmed that a candidate is nothing more than a garbage to them.
