I was Reached out via a recruitment platform (not organic ATS from his website). After initial introductory interview which included salary expectations, I had to apply in the internal ATS and we scheduled a tech interview for the position. The tech interview was really well managed as they where focused in what I exposed in my CV independently of the position, then we were focused in the position, my knowledge related with the role and the organization, his verticals, role of the team, how many members, team culture regarding the office presence, etc I rejected the offer because the recruiter forced me to declare my current salary including benefits "because on this way the compensation department is going to give you the offer". This procedure is illegal in Spain and very unfair globally.
