A group interview at the office with another 1 to 3 applicants typically. There was a single larger cooperation based group activity that focused on your ability to innovate and communicate. There were then several individual questions/activities with some focused on EQ/Communication and some focused on technical skills.

The hiring process was, at first like any other company you apply for. You have a phone interview with the director of people and discuss your background and understanding of the company. He tells you about the vision of OneVision and how the company was started. He then asks a few questions about your technical background but not in a testing way but rather just to gauge how comfortable you are talking about the industry OneVision is in. The phone interview felt more like their opportunity to get to know me as opposed to the normal interview questions.
The in-person group interview was where the magic really was for me. Coming from an Apple retail background these group settings made me feel right at home. We did some very fun team-building and problem-solving activities and answered some tricky trivia questions. The part that was the most nerve-racking was having to get up to a whiteboard and illustrate signal flow of a home network and home theatre. I was lucky with my background but for some, this may be something you want to brush up on before the interview. Written communication skills are a must as a majority of this position involves emailing.
The entire interview process from phone call to offer letter was honestly one of the best experiences I have had joining a new company. The onboarding process that followed was extensive to a point that even if I did not have the technical skills walking in the door I would have them by now. Overall I would say interviewing with OneVision was a great experience.
