First contact via Linked In. I was invited for a presential interview with a person from HR in Olisipo HQ. This interview consisted on a friendly conversation to better know my background and motivations. Some of the clients with open positions were presented and I let them know my preferences inside this list. A pre-offer was done after this interview with a value above my salary expectations.
A couple of weeks later I was invited for an interview in a client. One week after this interview I was told I was not selected but that I could go for an interview in a second client. I was selected in this case and Olisipo increased the pre-offer they have done before. This was quite a nice offer but, at this time, I had already another offer from a different company that I decided to accept.
The interview process typically involves several stages to assess candidates and find the best fit for a position. It begins with an application screening, followed by a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a technical assessment. Reference checks are conducted, leading to a final interview.
