Incredibly brief. I think they were desperate for part-time workers. Applied online. Received a call about two weeks later. Set up an interview for the next day. Was interviewed with one other person. Most of the time I was asked for my availability, would I be able to work the weird shifts, am I comfortable talking to customers, etc. Got offered on the spot, set up a time in the next few days to sign paper work. Overall, I feel very excited to work there. It seems like a relaxed environment. No super-strict dress code and my tattoo on my forearm wasn't even mentioned.

It was a rather easy and simple interview. The manager was super friendly and was great at keeping the mood friendly and open. I dressed super casually, especially since I had the interview scheduled right after school.
