I applied through the career portal in mid-January, was invited to do a phone interview in the beginning of March and scheduled that interview for the following week. Interview itself lasted about thirty minutes, where I spoke with someone from Ogilvy who had gone through the Associates Program themselves. Received notice in early April whether I had made it to the next round or not.
