OASIS Outsourcing called me for an online meeting scheduled in the afternoon. The interviewer began with a brief introduction of himself, the company, and its operations. I was then asked for a self-introduction—“Tell me about yourself.” This led to questions about my strengths, weaknesses, teamwork, salary expectations, and other personality-based topics. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and concluded with the interviewer answering my questions about the job role and company.
After the meeting, the next stage in the interview process involved creating a 2-minute video. This video served as an introduction and personal statement to pitch why I am the ideal candidate for the job.
