The interviewer can ask some difficult stressful question to test if you could handle the steer.
1) CV 2) Online aptitude 3) Online video recording 4) Online group exercises 4) Interview with manager. This was during covid so the process may not be the same anymore.

Informal zoom chat discussing the pros of working for them - they described the application process. They asked about personal interests and aspirations. A strong work atmosphere was described. They were keen to network and introduce me to other colleagues.
